College honors thesis or other department/program honors, under the supervision of a faculty member. Offered at department discretion.
Representative topics: Greek Historians (Thucydides, Herodotus, Xenophon), Greek Orators (Lysias, Demosthenes), Greek Philosophers (Plato, Aristotle, Presocratic philosophers). May repeat for credit with different content. Topics vary by offering; periodic offering at intervals that may exceed four years. Credit not awarded for both GRK 5600 and GRK 4600. Prerequisite: Classics Graduate student.
